Delete your Bar Bunny account

This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the original and the only binding one; if the two differ, the Spanish text prevails.

This page applies to Bar Bunny, the loyalty app operated by Focalius. Here we explain how to delete your account and what happens to your data when you do.

From the app

Open the Bar Bunny app on your phone and sign in to your account.
On the main screen ("Mi Cuponera"), tap the gear icon ⚙️ (Settings) in the top right corner.
Inside Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap "Eliminar Cuenta Definitivamente" (Delete Account Permanently).
Confirm the action in the warning dialog. Deletion is processed immediately.

This action is immediate and irreversible — there is no need to wait for anyone to process it.

If you no longer have the app

Write to us at privacidad@barbunny.com requesting the deletion of your account. Include the phone number you registered with — that is how we identify your account.

What data is deleted

Timing

Deletion from the app: immediate and irreversible.

Email requests are handled as soon as we can confirm the account is yours.
